Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed on Edupplies cannot be cancelled once the processing has begun. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming payment.

In case of any genuine emergency, please contact us at contact@edupplies.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • Items delivered are damaged or incorrect
  • Order was paid for but not fulfilled by Edupplies
  • Duplicate payment was made

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@edupplies.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Missing Items

Important: Parents are requested to make a video while unboxing for any missing item escalations. Without an unboxing video, missing item claims cannot be processed.
